On Saturday 3 November 2018 we had the absolute pleasure to celebrate The Polish School of Sydney’s 15th Anniversary. Over 160 guests were welcomed to our Gala Dinner which took place in Prince Henry Centre in Little Bay. With spectacular views over the ocean and entertainment by Michał Macioch, we were treated to an exquisite dinner by Mazzaro restaurant. The founders of The Polish School of Sydney, Zbigniew Sobote, Gosia and Albert Vella, and Magda Wypych were congratulated on their achievements and hard work since the school opened its doors. Our school principal, Alicja Batorowicz was thanked for her dedication and outstanding leadership. Many distinguished guests, including representatives of the Australian and Polish Governments, Randwick City council, teachers, parents, former students and friends of our school joined us in this incredible event, showing once again their ongoing support and the wonderful spirit of our community. It was an unforgettable night with many raffle prizes, a silent auction, fantastic music and dancing. We are proud to be part of such integrated community and we feel honoured to have found so many sponsors without whose incredible generosity and support we would have never been able to organise the Gala Dinner. We all look forward to the next 15 years of excellence!
